In the early 2000's my knowledge of modern punk extended to Green Day, the Offspring, a bit of Rancid and that was about it. Until my mate Bean introduced me to the wonders of ska-punk in about 2000, via a tape that contained Choking Victim, Leftover Crack, NOFX and tracks by this band Capdown. I ended up seeing the band live twice and buying all of their albums, until they split up in 2008. They have however reformed and can be found playing festivals, but as yet no news of new material has been mentioned. Here from the excellent 2000 album 'Civil Disobedients' is the classic 'Ska Wars'...
