'Shout to the Top!' is a single by The Style Council, which featured on the soundtrack to the 1985 film 'Vision Quest' and 1985 album 'Our Favourite Shop'. The song also appears on the deluxe edition of Café Bleu and features in the 2000 film Billy Elliot and on its soundtrack. Controversially the song was also heavily featured at the 2009 Conservative Party UK Annual Conference.
