REWIND: The Sabres Of Paradise - 'Wilmot'

A track taken from the second Sabres Of Paradise album 'Haunted Dancehall', which I have just recently added to my collection. Like a lot of acts, I discovered this experimental acid house-infused dub outfit after members Andrew Weatherall and Jagz Kooner remixed various Primal Scream tracks. Kooner has also recently released a superb remix of the new Negative Lovers song 'Faster Lover', which was featured as Track Of The Day a little while ago HERE. Sabres Of Paradise formed in 1992 and comprised of Weatherall, Kooner, Gary Burns and Keith "Radioactive Man" Tenniswood. As well as remixing lots of artists, and they released three albums in three years before splitting in 1995. The addictive, hypnotic 'Wilmot' was their only UK Top 40 hit, charting at number 36 in 1994.
